Why Fight Your Nassau County Ticket?
Points
Points are counted from the date of the violation. Accumulating 11 points within 24 months can trigger a suspension of your license. Separately, 6 or more points within 18 months requires a Driver Responsibility Assessment, an annual fee paid to the DMV for three years.
